2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Booking: A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-Show Fees: Failure to show up for an appointment or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of a deposit.
